App Store purchases

Apps downloaded or purchased from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs that use.

Educational use

Our content is for education and exam preparation. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional judgment.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

No warranty

Our apps and websites are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
